You will find this near the crown molding in the home Step2 Unscrew the kitchen Step3 Measure the height and width of the kitchen doors. Cut out 2 strips of wood to the same height for each door. Step4 Measure the width on your strips of flat wood. Subtract this number from the width of each door. Cut out the strips of horizontal wood slats to this size for each kitchen cabinet door. Step5 Run a bead of glue on one of the vertical strips of wood trim. Press it into place onto the left side of the door. Repeat this with the right trim on the door. Step6 Clamp each strip into place on the cabinet doors. Nail the strips into the doors with small finishing nails. Make sure the nails are not deeper than the depth of the cabinet doors plus the new wood trim. Step7 Repeat this same process, gluing and nailing into the horizontal opt and bottom piece on each door, just like you are framing in the door. Step8 Repeat this process on each kitchen cabinet door until they are all framed out in a craftsmen trim style. Step9 Remove the clamps from each door. Sand the cabinet door surface and the wood trim lightly. Wipe away any dust. Step10 Prime the whole kitchen cabinet door and the trim. Let this dry. Paint the entire kitchen cabinet door in any color you wish. Step11 Rehang the craftsman style kitchen cabinet doors on the existing hinges. Other News:
